I ordered a parcel 5 days ago and it has not been delivered yet and I asked for next day delivery.

I have ordered from this website using the mobile app twice. Once I got an outfit for my friends bridal shower and then I placed another order for a try-on haul video for my YouTube channel. Both times I liked my outfits. I was missing part of my order the second time. I couldn't figure out how to contact customer service to resolve it so I just gave up. I ordered a two pack of basic jersey midi skirts and I only got one. There wasn't any chat option or a phone number to contact anyone so I just took the loss.
WARNING Honestly the worst experience I have had with any online company. I am normally happy with PLT. The website took all details of my bank card to pay for my order, then the website refreshed to a page saying 'Oooops something went wrong with your order',
I tried again to get my order to go through, three times. Still it did not work until the fourth time when it eventually went through.
HOWEVER, I checked my bank and PLT has taken 150 pound FOUR Times leaving me without 450 pound. Their customer service has been appalling, nobody is willing to read my explanation and plea to get my money back. I have spent hours waiting for my banks to take my calls over the last two weeks, so not only have they taken 450 pound they have also caused a massive phone bill and offered no support of any support in order to help their customer. STILL I have no word from PLT or reassurance. Be aware when there is a 'technical fault' on their website to check your bank, because for me they took my money and are not willing to help me, I am still 150 pound times four down and I am still waiting on ANY form of clear and helpful communication (Ive tried twitter, their plt, WhatsApp, their facebook messenger, instagram and complaints) .
I have never had a problem like this with any other brands such as boo hoo, misguided, in the style, nasty gal.
The customer service was great it took a little while to hear about my second order. What I’m not happy with is that they said my orders would get here on 9/28 or before. Quick story my first order I got a jacket and bodysuit but I realized after I made the order I got the wrong jacket. I’m a college student so I don’t have money like that. Did my research and they don’t cancel orders so my two choices were to risk it getting sold out or to be a little low on money. So I risked it and got the jacket I actually wanted because I feared it would sell out. My plan was to return the other jacket once I got it now they’re telling me I have to wait until October 28th (Almost a whole month- ordered this on 9/18). I would’ve been okay with this if they didn’t send me an email saying I would get it a certain day. Not really happy about this experience, but I don’t have a choice but to wait. I know this isn’t customer service fault. My only advice is to whoever sends the email saying when our packages arrive should add a warning that it might be delayed.
After fighting with PLT back and forth they finally sent me my money back. I got it a week after sending them another message asking them for the money back. I don't know why they couldn't just do that the first time I asked considering the fact that it had been months since I paid for that orderI ordered stuff from PLT in the beginning of March and I was told I'd have my stuff by March 18. When it was March 17 I tracked my order and the shipping company said they had not received my items from PLT. It's almost June and I still do not have anything. PLT has not even gotten in touch with me to apologise about everything and I spent a lot of money on their site. I am disappointed as this is the first time I've ever ordered with them. I should have listened to all the complaints I've heard about it
Prices are affordable, clothes are cute and decent quality, sizing is on point and delivery is usually even quicker than estimated. Love it! Only wish there was free shipping after spending x amount of money.
I made an order at the beginning of July and still haven't received my stuff its been a month and a half!!!!! And my tracking information hasn't updated for a month!!!! I'm very disappointed and I won't recommend them to anyone with the service I'm getting! I hope they can refund me for everything because I know they lost my stuff!!!!!
So far I have not had any issues with my purchases from pretty little thing and have loved every item. I wish they would have more tall options though! I’m 6’1” so it’s always a struggle to find certain things.
I ordered one item a month ago and like many other ppl in these reviews my item is stuck in transit indefinitely lol
